Two 25 minute behavioral interviews back to back. The first couple of minutes were introductions (you and the interviewer). They really probe at your resume and ask why them, why your major, why everything. Make sure you seem genuinely interested in DaVita & their program. They may ask you a question related to your major, but nothing too crazy.
