Interview
I first took the assessment online after putting in my resume. I received an email about setting up a phone interview. She asked me just 2 qs and call was about 8mins. On the spot she told me I will be doing a panel interview with 3 hiring managers a week from then. BE PREPARED WITH ANSWERS! They grilled me so hard, every answer I said they would have counter qs. I was in there for an hour. I thought it went horribly, but they offered me a job the next day!

Interview
Applied online and got an interview invitation 2 weeks later. Scheduled a phone interview and just need to wait for the phone call on the day of the interview. Did a self introduction and recruiter asked about schedule availability and commuting time.
It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Interview
Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
