Interview
Spoke with a recruiter. They told me about the company itself and their values and what they're looking for in an employee (if you can work long hours, overtime, work with blood etc). Recruiter asked questions like how do you learn new skills, and what would you do in x and y situation. Recruiter was also very pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to speak with me. I was told the hiring process takes about a month to complete. I am currently waiting for an email on how to move forward.
Great! Straightforward, all responsibilities were discussed in interview . Seen the day to day task with shadowing, met the staff and was told what was expected of me as a PCT.
