I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita (Toledo, OH)
Interview
You’ll do a phone screening with a recruiter to make sure you have the minimum requirements. Then schedule an interview with the local Facility Administrator. You will likely have 2 or more people interviewing at one time. Be prepared to talk about why you want a job in dialysis. Make sure you ask which location they are hiring for as it is not necessarily the one you interview at. You will only be notified later if you get the job. If you don’t, you will not hear from anyone.

Question 1
How might you handle things if you had a number of tasks that needed to get done by the end of the day, but your manager asks for your help with an important task of theirs that also needs to be done by the end of the day?
Easy. Quick phone call then in person was 30 minutes. Got a tour of the facility and discussed pay which was a little low for job responsibilities. Benefits described sounded pretty great.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DaVita in Jan 2025
Interview
Took about 1 week to schedule the interview, then was interviewed in an in-person panel. Questions were fairly simple. They were a little late to interview me, but understandable since they are a busy practice. +
There was an initial phone screening interview with a recruiter. The interview was fairly easy and just covered the job description, going over qualifications that align with the job requirements. Answer any questions you have regarding the company or the process of the hiring process.
