The interview process was quite simple and easy. Their response time is impressively fast, and the overall experience was very positive. I appreciated the professionalism and efficiency of the entire team.

Tell me of a time when you brought change to the culture of an organization.
After the questionnaire, I was told to set up a phone interview. I never received a call. I never received an email back about the status of my applications. I have never been stood up for an interview before
No interview offered but forced to go through a lengthy assessment before even being considered for a phone screening. This is an extremely time-consuming ask of all applicants and is a huge burden on job seekers.
The company should instead do what the vast majority of businesses do and have an applicant commit the time after a phone screening. This is particularly notable since the whole effort can be a massive waste of time for the applicant if their salary expectations don't match up with what the position pays since the applicant has no way to know how much it offers until a phone screening.
