I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Daikin in Oct 2021
Interview
Having interview with the recruiter from the recruitment agency. She couldn't actually describe in her own words the position itself. Asked question that are old fashioned and don't assess anything. I was a bit dissappointed.

Question 1
How would you see your professional career in 5 years?
I never applied but a Recruiter reached out to me through indeed. We had a screen call and I went through 3 rounds of interviews with 5 different people- could have easily been a panel interview instead. By the final round the scope of the role changed. So the third interview was done over a 3 way phone call. I should have declined the third round but I really wanted the role and was willing to go through even though I’m completely against these multiple rounds of interviews as it doesn’t create a positive experience. The recruiter emailed me after the final interview to ask me how I felt I did but I never heard anything back from him.

Question 1
What the recruiter told me to prepare was nothing of what they asked me
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Daikin (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2019
Interview
Terrible candidate experience. The hiring managers were late and came in groups of two, asking the same questions for rounds of 30 minutes. Sometimes I would wait for 15 minutes alone in the conference room. The recruiting process took about 6 weeks of back and forth before I finally withdrew myself from consideration altogether. The hiring manager followed up with an email saying that I she would love to have me on her team if I ever was looking again. It was worst recruiting experience I've ever had in my career.
