Primero entrevista teléfonica, después entrevista con RRHH y finalmente dos entrevistas con managers en el que me pusieron un caso real de una marca. Recomiendo informarse bien sobre todas las marcas y mirar las tendencias las categorías.
First step: group interview (self-presentation, 2 group case studies, 1 logical written test)

Entretien téléphonique puis entretien physique avec les managers à Paris pour le poste de stagiaire marketing chez Danone. Le processus de recrutement a duré à peu près 2 semaines. J'ai reçu une réponse positive mais je n'ai pas signé le contrat.

Interview
I interviewed with the manager, the questions are normal ones: for example, introducing yourself, leadership experience, why Danone, why this position, and what do you think marketing is. The process is smooth but I stated too many times that I really want to do a marketing job and the manager said the position was more a analyst job than a marketing job because my responsibility was handling the data from different market and making reports. So that's a possible reason that I failed.
