Applied online, got invited for an online one-way interview. HR representative passed my application to the hiring manager. Received a phone call and then got told to attend in person interview.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and what do you know about David Jones?
Group interview, assessment block with other candidates. We were presented scenarios and answered questions based on the values of David Jones and how we should respond to the scenarios. Interviewers walked around and assessed groups while we deliberated the scenarios.
I applied the job on Oct 5, and then I got an email saying that I need to do the online interview first. After the online interview, I received an email saying that they want to meet me.
