held in the store with the manager or team leader and lasts around 20 to 45 minutes. It often begins with a brief introduction to the brand and the role, followed by questions about your availability, previous experience (if any), and your motivation to work in retail. You’ll likely be asked behavioural questions such as how you would handle a difficult customer or manage multiple tasks during busy periods. Some interviewers also include short role-play scenarios to see how you interact with customers and approach problem-solving in real time.
The interview process took around 1h but went very smoothly. Hiring manager was nice even though sometimes asked some tricky questions (but I mean, it's part of the process). Overall I would consider it average.
