Very quick contact from Decathlon (3 days only!). The hiring manager contacted me directly and we had quickly a short phone call before organising a longer interview. The interview was remote due to covid. The second interview included questions to make a psychological portrait of the candidates. However questions weren't difficult and corresponded to a standard interview.
