Interview
As per Decathlon's Recruitment Process, we had a physical sports round to start with and then a face to face interview.It was straight forward and not technical. They look at various attributes but you never really know what they look at.At the end of the two rounds, they concluded i am a partial fit and had to meet the logistics head of India.I had an interview after a couple of days with the logistics head, a french guy. I personally thought it went well and at the end they rejected me citing 'not generous enough' as a reason.

Interview
It was good, and every one encouraged to perform well in all rounds. Nice environment. Overall it's good experience. Interview process was innovative , one must experience it, it will give new type of interview experience..
One review with the director / Exchange about you vision of the company and how you can increase happiness at work and results
One to one with the director / this is a good moment, he want to know more about you, you have to be yourself, there is no pressure.

Interview
Total two round interview. First interview is the phone interview by line manager. Just ask normal questions to check the season why you apply this position. Second interview is the line manager and her boss together, will ask some questions to check whether you could work under pressure and whether you love sports .
