I interviewed at Dedicated Nursing Associates
It was very natural and the interviewers were interested and attentive to what I had to say. They asked professional questions and handled themselves very professionally. They tied in my experiences to how I could thrive in this role.
- Tell me about yourself? Why Dedicated Nursing Associates?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Dedicated Nursing Associates
Two managers sat together adoring questions, mostly beghavioral. Pretty much the same with normal nursing interview questions. Just draw on the normal experiences. Such as what you would do if you are asked to practice out of your scope of practice.
- Why you chose working with us

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Dedicated Nursing Associates in Jan 2023
Phone interview with DNA recruiter. The interview went very well and I was told I was going to go onto the next step with in person interview with COO and the recruiter would get back to me. Never did despite my follow up efforts.
- All good and fair questions. Had a very good discussion.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dedicated Nursing Associates in Oct 2022
Lengthy 3 week process. You get to the 3rd interview and they won't send an offer. They run ads for this position for months on end. It's a waste of time.
- What are your side projects that you are passionate about?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Dedicated Nursing Associates in Sept 2022
The interview was smooth and direct. The interviewer was pleasant to talk to. I felt comfortable during the interview. I didn't feel intimidated or discouraged. Definitely a company I would enjoy working for.
- What makes you a good fit for this job?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Dedicated Nursing Associates
Interviewers were a little high strung and felt like they were trying to intimidate me out of the position. They brought me back for a second interview which went better in my opinion.
- They asked me what my goal in the company was

Very laid back but professional. The job was explained in great detail, expectations made clear. Lasted 15-20 minutes. It was a comfortable experience and they answered all of my questions
- How do you balance stress

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. I interviewed at Dedicated Nursing Associates
It was a brief phone interview with questions that were completely outdated and if the person had even read my resume ahead of time, they would have known the answers to these questions.
- Where do you see yourself in five to ten years? Have you had any experience running events? What type of marketing have you done?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dedicated Nursing Associates in Aug 2021
Described the roll in detail, I was able to ask questions and interviewer answered me questions with great detail as well. Interviewer was friendly and prompt. I asked why she enjoyed working for the company and she provided a great answer
- Why are you looking to leave your current role?

Anonymous Employee
I interviewed at Dedicated Nursing Associates
They ask the same basic questions but its more of a screening more than anything. It was a very easy process and the onboarding process was even better. There was a lot of competency tests though.
