My interview experience with Deepgram was not very positive. The interviewer, Nick Poe, joined the call late, and from the beginning it felt like his attention was not fully on the conversation. The discussion itself was fairly brief. I was asked about my experience, but the overall interaction felt rushed and lacked engagement. When I asked questions about the role and company, the responses were short and came across as uninterested, which made it difficult to get a clear understanding of the opportunity. Overall, the interview felt more like a formality than a meaningful conversation.
