Applied for position online, got an email from management about a week later asking to set up a phone screen. After a brief screening, I was invited to come for an in person interview. Had an interview and was told a recruiter would be reaching out for references. 2 weeks went by and heard nothing, reached back out to the hiring manager and they told me I would be receiving an email from HR for a reference check. I completed it and weeks went by with no word. I had to find out by checking online that I was not chosen. They need to do a better job of communicating through the process and being respectful of an applicant's time.

Two set of interviews one by phone if employer interested it will be followed by an in person interview with a tour of the facility that you will be working out of if hired.
