I enjoy interviewing with Diageo. I was approached by headhunter, which then connected me with Diageo HR. There are three rounds of interview; each one with a personnel of Diageo (HR, Regional Tax Lead, Country Tax Lead). HR confirms my information whereas Tax Leads assess my suitability with Diageo. I like the fact that sustainability and plastic waste are topics that I have in common with the company. I received the offer but sadly have to turn it down because I have already accepted my master's offer. I will reapply next time.
