The interview consisted of a phone screen with a Talent Recruiter, and then it consisted of a panel interview and then a 2-day interview process in CT where you do 3 case studies, followed by a 1-1 virtual interview.
Diageo was pleasant in the beginning of the recruitment process, but quickly became unprofessional in every which way. The team was flown into CT for a 2 day recruitment process which consisted of a happy hour the first day, and then all day "assessment centre" with nine other candidates. I enjoyed spending time with the candidates, but after spending two days of your time in CT, this company will ghost you and leave you hanging dry without an answer. In addition, the one-to-one interview was unprofessional and they play games to stress out the candidate by calling you "fake" "trying to hard" and asking questions such as "Why should we should hire you" Other prospective candidates were quite dismayed as to the lack of communication from HR.
I feel that given that the company has such a huge portfolio there has got to be a better way to interview people for the SLDP program. If this continues, I recommend people not to apply.
