In person or online interview would be possible. The questions were clear, simple and answerable. I have also questioned a number of questions by about four management committees. Each and every person or committees has been asked me at least four questions and I have been clearly and answered to the point. I was very much happy with the interview but still didn't get any call or feedback.

The interview was for a UX position. Digital Green had come for Software Development Roles to my campus. Since my interest was more into User Experience, the recruiters created a separate interview for me. I was given a design challenge to redo the webpage of one of the Digital Green website pages. Eventually, the role was converted to a project intern and I was given a project to work on for 4 months.

I submitted the application and they scheduled a phone interview. They asked me about my most recent research project. The research project they asked me about had not been a statistical rigorous project since it was for a presentation I had to deliver in French. That threw the whole interview off and I was not able to recover. I explained that I was very interested in development economics and they asked me what my favorite development economist was.
