The correct process is:- After completing the technical assessment they should contact and move forward for further process. HR team from Digitalocean is very irresponsible about giving a schedule for next step. They have updated that, I have cleared technical assessment and they will be calling for recruiter round. I have given time according to IST compared with EST(Given till 11pm tonight). They didn't even give a single update after sending the time request selection mail. It's been 2-3 months, I am still mailing and updating them to know the status. Till now, I didn't hear back from them. One of my friends also faced the same issue, after completing his last round. They updated him, he is selected and they will be calling for data of joining details. After that, it's been 2.5 months there is no update from the HR team regarding the same. It will be better if they update the candidates about the status of the application request. Even if they are rejected or selected.
