DigitalOcean Linux Systems Administrator interview questions

Two video interviews were scheduled. The first was technical and very easy. The second person never showed up for the interview and I waited in the video conference room for one hour. I contacted the recruiter a few times and never heard back at all. My emails were completely ignored for an entire month. A month later, the position was re-posted. I applied and again emailed the recruiter. I finally got a response and was told the job I applied for a month ago was filled. Shortly after that, I got an automated message saying I didn't qualify for the second position I applied for (which had significantly lower qualification criteria).
