First Round: Technical Paper (includes one technical question & Essay) Second Round: HR Round Third Round: Technical Interview The First round is quite simple if you have good knowledge about Internet & its security. You need to be proper in the context that you write. The questions were basically theory questions. No need to be engineer in case of these papers. These people look for content and not the length. The Second Round is basically HR round, there is the point where what the things you have wrote in your CV is asked & evaluated. You need to be Direct and proper with HR as they need people with good communication skills. The Third round is a "god" round, the Technical head was a practical guy. He asked few questions on Internet Security. The technical person is good at evaluating people having good cyber security knowledge. The whole Directi group is full of energy and passion. So they look out for passion in the person. Its a bit difficult for Ratoo popats to get thru in this round. The best thing is they appreciate your views and make you comfortable in interviews as they know freshers should not be treated as professionals.
