My personal experience was very straightforward and short. I applied and had an interview. They don't always do the first screening with the recruiter which is nice since you can speak directly with the hiring manager.
The really didn't go into much about the role, they did want to know about my past experience in client management which made sense I got a sense there was a lack of organization in the company
