Phone interview first, an online personality test second, then an in-person interview as the final step. The phone interview had more questions itself, while the 1:1 interview was more of a personality test.

When you first apply you are sent an assessment to complete. After that you’ll receive an email for a phone interview. If you pass that you’ll have a second interview with the hiring manager. After that, you’ll receive your offer.
