Interview
Recruiter call and then a 1 hr technical interview with a Principle Architect. I got a call from recruiter after that asking if I am ready to take a pay cut! They just wanted to take advantage of the situation that my current company is not doing great! I just hung up saying I am not desperate and won't work for such company!
