I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Discuss.io (Denver, CO) in May 2024
Interview
A Zoom interview was conducted for a business development representative (BDR) in what looked like her bedroom. This woman was in product development, which I thought was interesting, as I had expected to be interviewed by a sales manager.

Question 1
What tech stack did you work with previously?
What goals were set for appointments?
The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Discuss.io (London, England) in Dec 2023
Interview
A series of informal conversations with a task to present to a panel.
The conversations were broken down into informal chats with the hiring manager, team members and a task to present to the CEO and other members of the leadership team. Where this would usually be some kind of role play or deck to build based on data in other companies, with Discuss it was a presention about myself with an opportunity to show myself as a multi faceted individual with some key achievements and analytics from my professional past to talk through with questions on those for me to elaborate in conversation. The whole experience was all around very pleasant, with a much preferred way of conveying my accolades and skill set. It allowed me to feel at ease and relaxed and really focus on what I wanted to get across. The turn around time was astonishing, and I received an offer by the end of the week from when I started.
