Flexible remote work and prompt payments, that's about the only upside.

Cons

Extremely poor leadership with zero openness to feedback or improvement. Management lacks basic operational experience and relies on outdated, overly complicated processes. The work environment is toxic, full of passive-aggressive behavior, and indirect threats were common. Constructive input is ignored or punished. No collaboration, no growth, and no respect for professionals.
