Interview
Initial phone screen with a recruiter, then moved on to a 45-minute interview with a sales team lead. Within the first 10 minutes of my second interview I could tell that my interviewer was very aloof and very tired (kept drinking from coffee cup). They did not seem like they were happy to be interviewing me. I pushed through the interview, gave good examples of my pervious work, spoke at great length about working with different sales cycles, and inbound/outbound leads. If someone else sees this posting please know that the role they're looking to hire for (something the recruiter may not mention to you) will be 100% based on outbound leads.

What are some deal sizes that you've closed? How much monthly reoccurring revenue do you bring in? How do you engage with difficult customers? How much experience do you have prospecting outside leads?
