Unprofessional. Instructions on whiteboards. Cheaply arranged. Interviewers were not smartly dressed. Looked like they'd crawled out of bed half the time. No written confirmation of interview and no time to prepare before coming in. Not a very good first impression. Walked in thinking the office was a message nearly walked out but needed a job so had no choice but to go ahead

The interview process was straight forward. I was made to feel welcome and at ease. There wasn't many difficult questions, was mainly questions about how I've worked on my own ability. Before the face to face interview was a phone interview. That was very straight forward also. Didn't last long at all.
