Within a week of submitting my application online, I was contacted for a 30 min phone interview. At the end of my phone interview, I was asked to come in for an in person interview for the following week. The in person interview lasted two hours. I met with four individuals from the recruiting team, including the Head of Talent. Everyone was very open and easy to talk to. I got good feedback on my answers and overall, had a really positive experience even though I didn't end up getting the job. They were very timely and told me within two days that I did not get the job over the phone, which I appreciated.

My prescreen interview went for about 30 minutes with a Recruiter who seemed incredibly bored with his job. The interview was very dull and there seemed to be no passion whaysoever from his end. I was also told I'd need to do 4 more rounds of interviews and a test, and some other stuff. I got the feeling that doordash is very bureaucratic and team members have no input whatsoever on how things run. Red flags all around and will not apply here again.
