Interview
Within a week of submitting my application online, I was contacted for a 30 min phone interview. At the end of my phone interview, I was asked to come in for an in person interview for the following week. The in person interview lasted two hours. I met with four individuals from the recruiting team, including the Head of Talent. Everyone was very open and easy to talk to. I got good feedback on my answers and overall, had a really positive experience even though I didn't end up getting the job. They were very timely and told me within two days that I did not get the job over the phone, which I appreciated.

Interview
My prescreen interview went for about 30 minutes with a Recruiter who seemed incredibly bored with his job. The interview was very dull and there seemed to be no passion whaysoever from his end.
I was also told I'd need to do 4 more rounds of interviews and a test, and some other stuff. I got the feeling that doordash is very bureaucratic and team members have no input whatsoever on how things run. Red flags all around and will not apply here again.

The interview was very fast and smooth. The first recruiter screening was with the recruiting coordinator, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. I got the updates quickly, although the interview was bland.

Interview
I had a loop interview with 4 amazing recruiters. They asked me thought provoking questions regarding time management, organizational skills, and conflict management with a boss or coworker. They were extremely engaging, we laughed, and made the interview process one of the best I have had in a long time.
