Why DoorDash?
who sent me a case study. It seemed pretty easy - coaching employees. They gave a list of employees and KPIs & asked me to list the employees I would coach. I listed all of the emp that did not meet KPIs. The other case was a poor response from an agent to a client. I had to write what would be deemed a better response.
