Diversity is just a word to DoorDash. Every single person talked about how crucial diversity was to their culture. I was interviewed by 9 white people… the interview process was also very long and required lots of prep work. My advice is don’t waste your time

Applied online and got an Interview call within a week from a third party HR company that was contracted to screen for DD - The next round had 2 Interviews, one with the Hiring Manager and the other with someone in the same role to check cultural fit. The final round is a case study and a presentation
