Did my research on Glassddoor before applying and immediately started seeing red flags. A lot of people on glassdoor have said that Doordash tries to "steal" Ideas from the candidates or tries to get free consulting out of them. So with that said - Got the ridiculous data case study that everyone gets. Dont know why they send the SAME test study for roles that have nothing to do with DS or Analytics. Again given my research I spent no more than 2 hours on it and then regretted even giving that much time. Got interviews - In the interviews they asked random-ass questions in the beginning but then the theme started to emerge. They started asking curiously specific questions regarding what I could guess was real life examples of whats happening in their newest org. Im not here to give anyone free consulting so I gave them just enough to tell them that I know how to solve this but not very detailed answers for any of the questions. I could sense the interviewers frustration growing. Got a reject in a couple of weeks. Good riddance.
