HR screening call (about 30 mins) Analytical assessment (a case analysis to be done within 48hrs) 2 rounds of 1-on-1 interviews (each one lasts for 45 mins) Need to be very data-driven to be able to succeed in this position; also require excellent communication skills as the role has to constantly facilitate both operational and financial goals for the new verticals BU.
