First interviewer recruiter 30 mins. Second interview hiring manager. Third step was a take home assignment on how I would create a marketing plan for launch of a new product and bring awareness (48 hours to complete). Follow up interview was to present the findings, which was approx. a week after with only 30 mins to present the findings.
The hiring manager seemed disorganized, and perpetually late to the two interviews I had with her. Given my extensive background in building insurance products, I didn't get the sense she knew how to tackle the intricacies of the insurance product she managed, nor did it make sense to have the other two peers of hers in the presentation since they also showed up late (10 mins) giving me only 20 mins to do a quick intro and present my findings. I found this project to be free consulting work which is consistent with many other interviews and reviews. I also found that the manager didn't pay attention the presentation after she asked one follow up question which was addressed in the interview presentation. Post this presentation, I sent a follow up to the recruiter to get an update on my status, with no response. I followed up again 2 weeks later and still no response, and after 3 weeks reaching out to a recruiting coordinator, got the rejection message that was never communicated to me.
If you want to work a well organized, professional, and supportive organization that industry professionals in marketing, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
