Site interview was very professional and focused on job duties. All team members took turns in asking Questions. I was given a copy of questions being asked for my review when I was brought to the room. Overall great process. I enjoyed this format as it allowed me to read the next question while allowing the team to record their notes.

Interview
Fairly typical initial interview, behavioral questions and the like. Try and express some of your strengths in these answers. I personally only had one round of interviewing of approximately 30 minutes. I was given a call about 2 hours later telling me I got the job. Very great interviewers, as I did not find it very difficult to strike up a conversation. They were very good at asking questions about my resume, and figuring out who you are as a person.
