You can feel that they really want someone who already had an experience in a manufacturing setup, so make sure you hadde internships and direct involvement in those

Mostly about you past work experience, intership, what do you know about manufacturing, back story of the skills that you mentioned in your resume, how you made an impact in your organization
An online 30-minute interview with questions focusing on your discipline and a lot of behavioural questions, and they introduced the company and the kind of work that you might be doing if you receive an offer.
