I interviewed a lot of people and I’m trying to be as friendly as, I can but the interview in Dow is totally different. I was interviewed by their team members. It was an awful interview and a waste of my time. First, 3 interviewers were late. It was an only 30 minutes interview but they were late for almost 10 minutes and didn’t give any reason or notice. Second, when I was answering questions, the 3 interviewers were on mute and they talking to each other since they were in a same meeting room. They didn’t show any respect. It seems I am too strictly to let them introduce theirselves or give any information about the position.
