Recruiter contacted me one day after application was submitted. Had a first step (phone call) with a Manager (not the hiring one but a peer of the position opened). 20 minutes of interview in total and mostly specific question, no much background check. Application was not successful at the end. I received only a generic rejection email. I asked for an insight and more complete feedback, nobody came back to me.
