I interviewed with Duco, and initially felt optimistic about the process. The interviewer was professional, but unfortunately, I never received any follow-up, even after reaching out. It was disappointing to invest time and effort only to feel overlooked. It would be beneficial if Duco provided brief feedback or at least confirmed their final decision, as it shows respect for candidates’ time.
