A contingent worker interview is much more casual than a permanent full-time employee interview (I've done both). Both are very situational. Focus on Duke's leadership imperatives. SMART- Situation/Task you were presented, Action you took, Result of your actions.

First Interview with contracting service, second interview with management, final interview with extended team. The contracting service schedules everything and will contact you to move forward with each round. They will also let you know if you receive and offer or not.
