Interview
Typical interview with questions about my skills and experience. They wanted to know what duties I performed at my prior jobs and the reasons why I left those jobs. I told them that I relocated due to my husbands job and that I was now looking for employment. Otherwise it was a positive experience and I would have liked to have received an offer but apparently there was a more qualified candidate.
It is a Panel interview made up of at least 3 people: hiring manager, an administrative role, and supervisor. All questions and answers are based on the STAR Method. You’re rated on how well you can give a good example from each question they ask.

Interview
The whole process is lengthy, from application to interview it may take up to 8 weeks. They ask behavioral based questions from a packet and there is a lot of time spent writing down your answers. Your answers should explain an actual situation that you have encounter and with clear implications of the resolution or outcome of that situation.
