Interview
It was a single interview with a panel of 3 members of the management team. The questioning consisted of 5 "cookie cutter" questions and a few to gauge your relevant experience. You are also able to ask questions at the end. The interview will last roughly around (45-60) minutes. Within this time, create moments to show some personality. You are well capable of doing the job but what are the edges that make you a good fit into the team

The process was very corporate. The questions had no substance and really had nothing to do with the job. Look up top five interview questions and you will be asked all of them.
