Dunkin' interview questions

Applied online via Job Board/Indeed. Within 3 days, the franchise hiring manager reached out via text to set up an in-person interview at the store. The actual interview took place right at the counter during a quiet afternoon and lasted about 10–15 minutes. It was very casual but fast-paced. The manager didn't care about gourmet pastry experience; they just wanted to know if I could handle the physical demands and the unusual hours. They ask a lot about your stamina—standing for long hours, lifting heavy dough trays, and working safely around hot industrial fryers and ovens. They also place a massive emphasis on cleaning up, as a huge part of the baker's job is tearing down and sanitizing the station after the morning rush. I was offered the job on the spot pending a quick background check.

It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
