Relaxed & fairly informal, conversational type interview with focus on skills and reliability lasting no more than 30 minutes- interest in previous experience, availability and scenario settings, with a focus obviously on how to handle challenging situations and or customers
The interview process was efficient and professional. I was contacted by the hiring manager and we scheduled an interview date that worked well for both of our schedules. I was brought to the interview room by an employee on the day.
