I had a total of 3 interviews, first was a soft skills on the phone, next was a technical phone interview, last was a 4 in-person interview each went over different aspects of the job.

2 Phone interviews, first to explain the job itself and expectations of the training, and answer any questions. Second was a technical interview covering a very proad range of topics from databases to networking knowledge to code.
