I applied after meeting a recruiter at school. The process took 3 weeks, 1st interview with recruiting manager, 2nd with education manager and 3rd round short interviews with multiple managers followed by a business case presentation.

questions about object oriented programming: what is polymorphism, etc.
a couple of probability and statistics questions.
two easy object creation and iteration questions.
