Entire process consisted of 4 interviews:
1. HR screening - 30 mins
2. Hiring manager - 60 mins
3. VP - 30 mins
4. Workshop with 2 different tasks - 60 min

Questions were mostly focused on discovery abilities and strategizing.

Interview
The process was long but the people were nice. Typical initial HR screening, Hiring manager, case study. Only weird part was they needed a technical PM but they didn't ask any technical questions during the case study.

How to take an idea from scratch to delivering it as a PM, all the steps in between that I would take.
Straight forward, interviewers were prepared for the interview and were respectful of time. Overall ease into the interview and ramped up intensity as the interview progressed. I understood it as a three step prcess.
