Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at EA Sports
30 min HR 1.5 Hour coding with 3 interviewers. It was a nice chill interview but make sure to prepare the basics of CS to get accepted thats the key
- Basic questions in specific language

Anonymous Employee in Vancouver, BC
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EA Sports (Vancouver, BC) in Nov 2022
It was a very transparent and clear process. The timeline was followed and respected. Leaders were flexible and made the interviews feel like conversations rather than a checklist. They are mindful of the importance of the candidate having transferable skills and truly interested in bringing candidates with a broad and diverse background.
- Describe a time when you had to deal with multiple tasks at the same time. How did you prioritize?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Toronto, ON
I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at EA Sports (Toronto, ON)
The initial application had a automatic reply saying that they were already looking at potential candidates. A few months later they got back to me, apologizing for that email as it was a mistake. The recruiter was new and friendly, the contact brief and the first interview fast. The second interview was within the same week with the Design Lead. Amazing interview which led to an invitation to do the portfolio review and a task. Someone would contact me with the details but they never did. Months later I talked to someone at the company and they had a system error that lost my file.
- What’s my experience/ background, why do I like design, why I want to work there

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at EA Sports
It was a great 3 step process and went very well with being remote. The zoom call let me express my interest and listen to the benefits. However, I wish I could if stayed longer with full-time remote positions.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in New York, NY
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at EA Sports (New York, NY) in Aug 2022
6 month contract to hire opportunity. 3 Interviews requested. 1 behavioral, 2 technical. After months of the interviewing process, before the 3rd interview was requested, the job was mysteriously and completely unexpectedly put on hold. Of course, this was long after the manager mentioned there would never be budgetary concerns.
- Technical Interview Question

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EA Sports in Jul 2022
Had an initial phone call interview with the recruiter and after following up on an update, i received an automated message saying they wont be proceeding rather than a response to my email
- Basic screening questions on the initial call.

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EA Sports in Jun 2022
Relatively straightforward, 3 interviews in total. I had an initial telephone call followed by an interview with recruiter and then an interview with execs. However, I never received any correspondence after my third interview. Would not apply here again after being ghosted. I think it shows a lot about the company when they can’t be bothered to even send a generic rejection email.
- Why do you want to work at EA?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EA Sports in Feb 2022
Very respectful approach, and very each to respond. The individuals reached out to me first, and I asked if I can apply during the fall months of 2022. I would definitely recommend working here if you get the chance to do so.
- Would you like to join?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EA Sports in Jan 2022
