Interview consisted of two rounds. I had the initial phone screening with the hiring manager. The screening consisted of the hiring manager describing the role and to see if I would be interested. After expressing my interest, the hiring manager informed me that I would meet again with them and the director of faculty development to go over basics for faculty training and have informal discussion. However, that was not the case, the zoom call turned into a second round interview, which was fine and I prepared ahead of time. However, the communication from the first conversation with the hiring manager was misleading about how the second round would turn out.
