Interview
I was hired as sales support on a temporary level. After 2 months I was promoted to a full-time TC position. The interview process is not to test your sales ability, they will teach you that, but more to find out how eager and passionate you are about international travel. This was a plus for me and the employer because our vision and values matched. That is very important to EF.

The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.

Comfortable and positive. Questions were simple, wanted to get to know you as a person and what kind of work experience you have and how it aligns with the company and job title.
