I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (London, England) in Aug 2016
Interview
Excellent process, akin to any corporate training interview I’ve done in over a decade of teaching and training in New York. It was a desk top video conference session with a task to complete before hand. I was given a topic to present on, which I did using supporting graphics as well as my voice.

Question 1
Questions were pertinent, but more important I was allowed time to pose my questions to the company. My concerns were treated carefully and what couldn’t be answered was followed up with an email.
They asked confusing questions with no real context behind it. I think they should given more scenario based questions for this type of job interview. It just felt very awkward and chaotic.
